you can change it by editing the registry... but it's just as easy to make a
new one using the correct name. if you are using ol2002/2003 or corporate
mode you can copy the existing profile and rename it.

export this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles as insurance and then
change the names.
