Trouble Opening Outlook 365

I am using the latest version of Outlook with Office 365 (a subscription). If I open Outlook it works fine. If I then close it down and open Word or Excel or PowerPoint and then close them out, I cannot reopen Outlook at a later time. It gets stuck loading profile. I have to apply the Quick Repair option from Uninstall/Change to fix the problem. Any idea how to fix this problem?

Did you tried opening the Outlook in safemode. Could be posible that an add on is conflicting with the Other programs of 0365

  1. Select the keyboard shortcut Win+R to open the Run dialog box. ...
  2. In the Run dialog box, enter outlook.exe /safe and select OK.
  3. In the Choose Profile window, choose the default Outlook option and select OK to open that profile.
  4. Outlook starts in safe mode.
