How to replace a senders email address when using Outlook Express

HELP with OUTLOOK Express...

I just realise that every time I use Outlook Express to send messages, it
shows as a sender a different E-mail address (my sisters). Who ever gets
those messages they will reply back to her intead.

I want to make sure that it's me (my email address) sending those messages.
What should I do?
HELP!!!!
