This is a good place to start. :)

Post a description of the bug and some steps to reproduce. If it is an
undocumented/unfixed bug then it can be passed along to Microsoft for
their review.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
