In the Resrource Center, use the option to "View Resource Assignments". This will let you see all of the time a resource (or multiple resources) have submitted, including their administrative time. In this display, try building a view grouped by Resource and then by project. Set the view to only display outlline level 2 and you will get a nice summary by project that you can drill-down into if you need more details
