How to Reset Outlook Settings for Training PC's after each class?

Am working in Outlook 2002 (XP) - Exchange Server in large
company

Need to be able to quickly remove data and settings after
Outlook training class on about 20 PC's.

Am thinking - probably files and settings involved.

What I have tried:

Used the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard, didn't work,
but maybe I didn't export/import everything needed. I
transfered all files and settings that appeared to pertain
to Outlook.

What I have discussed with others:

Registry Export/Import
Rename user.dat
Some settings on the Exchange Server?

Does anyone know how this all fits together. Got any
magic fixes?
