How to reset the "Browse Object" setting

I have an installation of Word 2003 on a machine that has lost the default
setting for the "Browse Object" tool. Rather than being set to "Browse by
Page", it defaults to "Browse by footnote". Is there a way to reset the
default? Is there a registry setting that retains the value?

If you click on the circle between the up and down arrows, you can select
the Browse object.

Thanks for the reply Doug. I know how to change to another browse object
selection, but the problem is that it doesn't stick (become the default) the
next time I open Word.

I'm looking for what that default setting is stored or how to "reset" it
once it is not the normal "Broswe by Page" setting.
