how to resize all columns automatically: answer!

do you spend a lot of time resizing the columns of explorer (or any other
tree/detail view like mmc (eg event viewer) by hand?

for the longest time i have been looking for a shortcut, and now that
i've found it, i most definitely want to let you know:

put your cursor in the detail view (where you want to resize the
columns),

then press the magic key: ctrl + (numpad plus)

there you go!
