How to respond to "Request Progress Information"

Request progress information from team members, it also mentioned if team
members are setup to receive emails for the request they will be sent emails
notification.
my question is: how to setup to send email notification to team members for
requesting progress information?

Fei, you will need to set up the email notification in project server 2003.
You can do this by naviating to Admin page. I am sorry I dont have an 03
version on me right now and dont remember the link, but if you look at the
links in the quicklaunch bar you should be able to see where you set up your
mail notification. All you need is your exchange server name and Port number.

thanks Marc, I am using project server 2007. I looked around in the admin
page but couldn't find it.

I see, the link you posted was a 2003 link, thats why I though you are on 03.
In 07 go to PWA > Service Settings, under operational poicies click in
alerts and notifications and enter your exchange server information. this
should do the trick
