How to restore outlook 2003 bach online

Outlook 2003 was already installed in my new refurbished computer from
Fry's.Trying to make it operative I clicked by mistake "work offline". After
that when I open the Microsoft office 2003 page the warning says "The
connection to the Microsoft exchange server is unavailable. Oulook must be on
line to complete this action", but I cannot find any place to put it back "on
line" within outlook itself or the control panel. BTW the "work offline" from
FILE is not checked, so I should be OK.
Also my internet is a satellite connection from Hughes but no problem with
Yahoo or Hotmail.
Can anyone unveil the mistery, please?

Do you connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server or POP3/IMAP/HOTMAIL mailbox?
The reason that I ask is that if you don't have a Microsoft Exchange
account, then you can simply remove this account from your e-mail account
settings. (Use the Mail applet in the control panel to review your e-mail
account settings)
