how to restrict images types in picture attachment control

Hi Kunal,

We can restrict which type of file (including image types) we want to attach
in file attachment control, but we cannot restrict images types in picture
attachment control.

I want to restrict image types in picture attachment control i want to
restrict it to bmp and jpeg is it not possible
