How to retrieve address book after upgrade from vista to windows7

Hi there! I've just upgraded from vista x64 to windows 7 and my address book
files have not transferred across. I did a back-up before upgrading so the
files should be somewhere. Any ideas? Thanks Tim.

Your Outlook PST file contains the Outlook Contacts folder, if that's what
you're referring to as the address book. If you backed up that file then
just restore it and open it with Outlook (File | Open...)
