How to retrieve email in MS Outlook 2003 or 2007

Hi All,
I have problem in my MS Outlook 2003 or 2007 that i sent my an email to a
wrong person. I want to retrieve back that email in my mail box. How could i
do this. If it is possible then Kindly tell me the whole procedure how could
i do this ? thanks

Are you connected to an Exchange Server? If not, there's really no way to
recall a message. If you are, there's a small chance to get it before it's

It's impossible - even if you use Exchange server, its failure rate is very
high. Best bet is to send an 'oops sorry' message to the recipient and
resend it to the correct person.

To attempt a recall, open the message and look on the other actions tab for
Recall.
