How to return MDW filename?

I have built a distributed mdb that will be accessed by 5-10 users over
a network. All users have access to the network drive and can open the
mdb without using the mdw file associations. How can I verify that the
mdb has been openned using the specificed mdw workgroup file?
Basically, I want to ensure that users open the mdb using the shortcut
I have provided to them as opposed to openning it directly from Access
or the directory. Thanks...
