In Frontpage, how to return to the original place in the document after
visiting a bookmark?

Give the "original place" an aname (just like any other bookmark) and then
place a "Go to 'Original Place'" link wherever you want it on the page so
visitors can go (back) there. If you're referring to the top of page as the
"original place", use "Return to Top" (linking, of course to aname="top").
