How to rotate text on a web page 90 degrees in MS-FP

You can't. Neither HTML nor CSS has a provision for doing this. Your best
bet (if you must have it) is to use graphics.

Murray, Murray, Murray, what are we going to do with you. Wrong again ;-)

DynamicDrive [1] has a script that uses an arcane CSS statement to rotate
text in a single ninety degree orientation which may prove useful. Who knows
the extent of browser support but rotation is available and IE renders it
perfectly.

Unfortunately, the implementation is not consistent with a standard derived
from the work of René Descartes that has been used for centuries by
architects, engineers, technical writers and others who conventionally
rotate text clockwise. When the text is rotated to the six o'clock position
it is mirrored so it will read from the bottom up. Continuing to rotate
results in an upsidedown orientation. By convention rotated text is derived
from the Cartesian Coordinate System.
