How to save emails together with attachment in one step?

Is there a way to save email that contain attachments in one step only. I've
been told and have read that you have to save each separately but I want to
know if there is a shortcut. In one step only.

Save to where? The file system? Simple - drag and drop to your selected Windows Explorer folder.
