How to save MY SETTINGS of the various components of Office 2K?

I am Using Win 2K Pro + SP4 and Office 2K Pro + SP3.

Is there a package that saves all MY SETTINGS, and possibly associated
macros, etc.
I am primarily interested in the setting for Outlook and Word.
