How to save names of email recipients in To... box

We have anew server so our Outlook is somewhat virgin.
When I send an email I would like to be able to call up the same name of
recipient by tying a leeter or two in the box following "To..." How do i do
that?

That cache is built on the fly as you email people. There is no shortcut for this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
