How to save PPT Slide as JPG in hi-resolution on PC?

On a Mac, when you do a "Save As" to a JPG, you can select the resolution of
the JPG and increase the size to 300dpi for a better quality, larger JPG.
But, you don't get that option on a PC, it's automatcially at 72dpi.
Does anyone know how to do it on a PC??
