How to save the new Autotext Entry?

I have installed Office System 2003.
When I add new Autotext entries in Word,
they can't be saved automatically unless
I hold on the Shift key to save both the
document I am working on and the template.
But there is no need to do that in another
computer which has also had Office System
2003 installed. Can anyone tell me the reason?
BTW,Acrobat Professional 7.0 has been installed in
the computer having the problem.

The Acrobat 7 add-in is the cause of the problem. See the "Acrobat 7"
