Navigate to the Resource Center page, select the option checkbox for the
resource, and then click the Edit Details button. On the Edit Resource
page, select the " Resource can logon to Project Server" option in the
Identification Information section. In the User Authentication section,
Select the Windows Authentication option and then the user's Windows User
account information in the User Logon Account field. In the Security Groups
section, add the user to one or more relevant Groups and then click the Save
