How to scan form, then fill turn in to fill in format.

I would like to scan a report card and be able to tab into each cell and fill
with appropriate grade or remarks.

You can but it's going to be a drawn out process. I hope you weren't
planning on handing the report cards out tomorrow.

Scan the card in with OCR software.
(This is the easiest part.)
