How to search fast for Email Messages in Outlook 2003 ?

Hi,
I used to use NEO with my Outlook 2002, this program had the best email and
message search capability i could dream of... not, I have Outlook 2003 and
the new NEO version will be out next year...

Is there any other Outlook 2003 add-on that enables me to be very flexible
and FAST for searching for emails and messages like the NEO search function
or better ?

Any suggestion would be appreciated...
