How to search for Mails coming from a given domain

Hi!

I am using Windows XP / Outlook 2003 (SP3) and would like to search
from Mails from a given domain, e.g. all mails from "@gmx.net".

Well, you may just click on 'Find', enter "@gmx.net" and than klick on
'Find now'. To speed up the search ensure that Option 'Search all Text
in each Message' is not in selected.

However, there is also the possibility to use 'Advanced Find' which is
better due to various reasons. But it does not work in this case: I click
on 'Advanced Find' and select tab 'define more criteria'. Here, I select
at 'Field' the field "From". The 'condition' is "contains" and for the
'Value' I use "@gmx.de". The I click 'find now' - and Outlook finds
nothing!

If there is a Mail with a From line like

From: jonny [[email protected]]

.... Outlook will find this mail if you use the 'Value' "jon". But it fails if you
search for "@gmx.net".

Obviously, the real SMTP email address is not a part of the From field from
Outlooks point of view. Strange. Stupid! But this is exactly what I need to
do: Match a part of the SMTP email address.

Any pointers?
