How to Secure a Category Projects' for their Project Owners Only

I

Hello:

I've created a couple of categories that I'm successfully using in the
Project Managers security group: that group is for Project Server
users that use Project Server with both PWA and Project Professional.

1. The first category lists all projects and all resources, allowing
them to edit de Projects (but not to delete or publish them, nor edit
their published properties nor their baselines)
2. The second category includes the projects that they can query on
PWA but can not edit through Project Professional (blocked projects).

I'd like to have only the Project Owner editing their own Projects and
no one else's. Also, I don't want the Project Owner team editing the
Project Owner's Projects, but I'd like the Project Owner manager, and
the manager above that one, etc to be able to edit the Project Owner's
Projects.

I'd think I need to use the options below "Apply the above Project
security permissions to all projects where:" section of the "Project"
section of the "1." category explained above.

The question is: which of "Apply the above Project security
permissions to all projects where:" options should I use?

Awaiting your kind reply?
