How to see the attachment in Outlook express ?

Hi ..
Sorry if this question was asked before but my problem is : im using outlook
express and when some one sends me an email contains attachments i cant see
them ! "When im pressing on the attachment icon every thing will be shadows
that i cant click on them !" any one knows how to solve ?!
