How to See Where I Forwarded an E-Mail

Using Outlook Express, how can I see the e-mail addresses to which I sent
forwarded messages?

In the Dark Ages when I used Macs it was easy to do. There should be a way
to do it now.

I'm using Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2.

Outlook Express isn't part of the Office suite, but you should be able
to look in the Sent folder at the e-mail in question.
