How to select Allow uploader files to overwrite existing file nam.

How?
1. To find out Folder List and Properties.
2. To select Allow scripts to be run check box.
3. to select Allow anonymous upload to this ditectory.
4. to Allow uploaded files to overwrite existing file names.

I can't looked all this question

1) Open the website in FrontPage. The website must be running FrontPage
extensions.
Use File->Open Web or File->Open Site (depending on FrontPage version)
Browse in the folder list on the left to the folder concerned, right click
and choose Properties.

2) If you select "Allow scripts to be run" you cannot select "Allow
anonymous uploads". To allow uploads you must Clear the checkbox (that is
Deselect) "Allow scripts to be run"

3) Tick the box "Allow anonymous upload". This box cannot be selected
unless "Allow scripts to run" is NOT selected.

4) Tick the box "Allow uploaded files to overwrite existing file names".
Ticking this box will allow files to be deleted by users who upload other
files with the same name.
