How to send a mail to another person with a Flag?

Hello,

Is there a way to send a mail to a person, with a flag (example, I want him
to reply my mail, before the next day). If he doesn't reply by the next day,
I want my mail to be flagged in his Inbox.

No, you can't set reminders on the computers of mail recipients (thank
goodness! I wouldn't want anyone remotely setting up my reminders).

Best you can do is set a priority for the outgoing message, but your
recipient can always ignore _your_ priorities, which may not be the same as
his!
