When I had Outlook 2000 with Windows 98, I used to be able to "send" my
e-mail while offline. Obviously, it didn't actually send while offline, but
once I got back online, the messages would automatically go from my outbox.
Now I have Outlook 2002 with Windows XP, and when I sign to work offline it
fine to read e-mail and file in my personal folders, but when I "send" like I
used to, it tries to connect and gives me a system administrator error since
it couldn't send the e-mail. How can I set this up to work like it used to
with Windows 98 and Outlook 2000?
