How to send emails with "undisclosed recipient" in the bcc field

When I send an email with the recipients name in the bcc field, my name comes
up as the recipient. I would like the bcc field to be either blank or say
"undisclosed recipient", but it should not have my name there.

Whose address do you want to appear in the "From" or "Reply To" fields?

What program are you using for email?

The Bcc field cannot be seen by the recipients, so you can put x, y, and z
in the Bcc field, and all three will receive a copy of the message, but they
will not be able to tell who else go the email. Most programs will allow you
to leave the To field blank, but I guess there could be some that do not. Use
the Bcc field with caution, spam filters may block the message or move the
message to the recipients Junk Mail folder and they may never see it. A mail
merge to the recipients (so that each recipient is actually sent a copy of
the message with their email in the To field) is probably better.
