how to send fax from PABX line? (The dialing rule)

I have problem sending Fax using modem via a shared line (PABX).
I know the 0, (zero and coma) rule.. but for Win XP fax. how to apply this
rule????

Please help.. (receiving have no problem using shared phone line (PABX).

Just add it as a dialing prefix.
