how to:send feedback replies to my e-mail

I am very new to fronpage. I have made a form/survey for customers to fill
out in order to request information, however, how do i set it up so that the
replies i get from customers are sent to my e-mail account? i went to form
properties, but the option to send it to an e-mail address is greyed out.
please keep answers simple!

Open the page. Right click in the form. Choose properties. Enter the desired
e-mail address in the space provided. When you are notified that you can't
do that and do you want to remove the e-mail address choose NO.

The form needs to be published to a hosted server running the FP SE w/ Email transport enabled
In your FP site set Tools Page Options Authoring to enable the FP SE
