How to send flyer as the message with 2003 Publ and Vista

Had no problems with XP. Loaded 2003 publ on my new laptop/vista
and I no longer have the option to send my flyers as the message, only as an
attachement. How can I correct this?????

You need to also have Outlook 2003 installed. On XP it was compatible
with Outlook Express 6, but I'm not sure whether it's compatible with
Windows Mail in Windows Vista.
