CDONTS will work on a host with IIS5, but not IIS6.

To get instructions for CDOSYS, just Google it....

Yep, you are correct. I am working on a host with IIS6.

However, I am struggling to find instructions on Googles for CDOSYS/How
to Send Form Results to a Database and an E-mail Address.

Do you know where to find instructions?

In your IE Address bar type the following:
