a few years ago I worked for a contractor. the procedure worked thru "my
briefcase" and when u typed into excell that info was transferred to a 'word'
template [and so it became a job sheet that could be printed off & exl file
was the base record of jobs]
I cant seem to find out how to set it up now for new employer
