how to set 7inx10in custom paper size in Word 2007

Need to know how to stop Word 2007 from changing to a default paper size
which is larger, when setting 7inx10in custom paper size. Word changes the
size to a standard metric size after the dialog box is closed. Previous Word
software did not do this. If you have a method, please send it if you tried
it by setting it and then closing the dialog box and reopening it to see if
Word has altered it. thanks, Michael

While Word might designate the size as JIS B5, it does retain the 7" x 10"
dimensions. That is, it does not change the dimensions of the page to 7.17"
x 10.12", are the imperial equivalents of the standard JIS B5 page.
