How to set a default font to all windows application. It
has to reflected in all MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK, MS EXCEL and
etc.

Did you try changing your Windows Display Appearance?

If this is not what you are referring to then please provide some
additional details such as which font you are referring to. Default
font for Office documents? Menus? Dialog boxes? Title bar?
