How to set a default save path in MS Office Document Imaging?

I have a user who saves a lot of tif files. She recieves them in her email,
opens them to verify the data is correct then goes to file save as and
renames them but leaves them as a tif.

I am wanting to find a way that after she has saved one of these files it
will remember the last folder they were saved to so she doesn't have to
constantly navigate to the same directory each time.
