How to set default view to Inbox?

Mark Williams

How can I set Outlook 2000 to open showing the Inbox by
default, instead of the Outlook Today view? I found a
command-line hack to do this for Outlook 2002,
using "/select outlook:\\inbox", but this doesnt seem to
work for Outlook 2000?

THe CUstomize Outlook Today link is non-functional too, so
even if there is something under there, I cant seem to get
to it. This seems like it would be a pretty common thing
to want -why is it so diffucult to find a way to do it!?

HELP!!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. This answered the same question I was trying to find an answer to.
