How to set 'Largest' as the default font size in Reading Pane and

In Outlook 2003's Reading Pane, mouse click/scroll-wheel-down expands the
font size to 'Largest' -- i.e. readable at today's monitor resolutions. After
opening an E-mail message, two clicks on the Font Size button* will also
change the font size to 'Largest.' But is there a way to set 'Largest' as the
default font size for these views every time they open? Is there a
TweakUI-type solution?

*This button can be added from View/Toolbars/Customize/Commands/Standard
toolbar.
