Why is Outlook substituting fonts in the reading pane?

Outlook is substituting fonts in my reading pane. All my default fonts are
set to Arial. It is only substituting for REPLIES to my messages. It's some
weird scripty font in a small size that I can't even see. I'm sure it's on
my computer somwhere, but I need HELP getting it back to arial or something
readable! PLEASE!
