Is there a way of changing the default measurement from centimetres to inches?

Access gets the units from the Regional Settings. You can go there through
the Control Panel, but note that the change will apply to all Windows
applications.

I'm afraid that did not help. I've checked my regional settings and although
the default language is set to UK English, nowhere can I see anywhere to set
the default measurement to inches. Using 'Office Tools' I reset all Office
applications to use UK English, but can't see anywhere how to reset
measurement.
I am using Access 2003, and have converted a database from Access 97, and
the 'label' reports print previews are showing error reports about the size
in cms.

On the numbers tab, change the measurement system to US.
