How to set 'Out of Office Reply'

Would like to ask how do is set up an 'Out of Office reply'
using Microsoft outlook. Tried using the ' Rule Wizard'
but it's not very user friendly. Please advise. Thank you!

Unless you use exchange server, you need to use Rules wizard.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=248830 is for ol2000, but works with all
versions that don't use Exchange.
