How to set Page 4 as "Page 1"?

I'm using Winword 97. How may I set the footer of Page 4 as "Page 1" while
Page 1 to 3 has NO footer? Thanks in advance.

Insert a section break at the end of page three, unlink the footers of
section 2, insert the page number in the footer of section 2. For
