How to set Powerpoint to always start with blank slides?

I am using Powerpoint (2003) for small business. I always want to start
with a blank slide, but whenever one is inserted you either have to select
blank from the menu bar or delete the given text boxes.
I would like to be able to insert a completely blank slide using the ctrl+m
shortcut. Is there some way to be able to do this?

I found the add-in, downloaded it, and followed the instructions. However,
Powerpoint would not recognize it. I checked to see if the file's extension
was incorrectly labelled, but that wasn't the case. I don't know if there is
any other way of accomplishing my goal? An add-in that won't add in is not
much use to me.

Changing the macro security level solved the problem. Thanks so much!
