how to set public holiday in the calendar?

i'm planning do a new database which is for delivery control. i'm planning
make a pop up calendar to let the user to pick the date. so that i want the
pop up calendar wil highlight the date which is our company's holiday. so
that the user no need to worry about the date they pick is our company's
holiday. can make it? thanks!
