How to set the default contact list.

In my Outlook 2003, I have several folders and subfolders with Contacts
in several mailboxes (Personal Folders, Lotus Notes, etc...) . When I
click on Contacts in the sidebar, it lists all the contact folders,
however it always highlights the Contact list from my default mailbox.
How can I force it to select contacts from a different folder?

Outlook provides no way to do that. It's a frequently requested enhancement.
