How to set the default folder Microsoft Office Document Imaging

When scanning the image wants to save to the same (incorrect) folder. How do
I set the default folder to be the last folder I used?

Did you get your answer, Jeff? I am having the same issue, but I did find
this little tidbit. At least when I print documents to the image writer, it
does work.

Go to Start->Printers and Faxes->Microsoft Office Document Image Writer
Right Click, Properties->Advanced->Printing Defaults->Advanced then Default
Folder Group box. Select Browse and change to desired location.
